1. Purpose
This policy protects users, drivers, the public and Pathfindr Pro. It forms part of the Consumer terms of service.
2. You must not
You must not use Pathfindr Pro to:
- break the law, facilitate harm, harassment, discrimination, fraud or deceptive conduct;
- upload personal data, addresses or route information that you are not authorised to use;
- collect excessive or irrelevant personal data, or deliberately upload highly sensitive data where the service is not designed to handle it;
- impersonate another person or submit misleading planning information;
- share passwords with unauthorised people, evade account restrictions, or access another user’s or company’s data;
- probe, scan, disrupt or overload the service, bypass security or usage controls, introduce malware, scrape at unreasonable volume, or reverse engineer except where law expressly permits;
- use automated access outside the interfaces and public API permissions we provide;
- copy, resell or exploit the service or its content in breach of our rights or another person’s rights; or
- use AI help to generate unlawful, harmful or deceptive material or to make decisions requiring qualified professional judgement without proper human review.
3. Route and driver safety
You must treat every route and schedule as a planning aid. A competent person must review vehicle suitability, legal restrictions, working time, road and weather conditions, site access and other operational risks. Do not instruct a driver to follow a route where doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.
Do not use Pathfindr Pro as emergency, live tracking, surveillance or safety-critical navigation software.
4. Reporting concerns
Report suspected security problems, compromised accounts or unlawful content promptly to support@metafour.com. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and protect users.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and preserve relevant evidence. Depending on seriousness and risk, we may warn you, remove or restrict content or functionality, suspend access, or close an account. We may also notify affected users, payment providers or public authorities where lawful and appropriate.
Where practical, we will act proportionately and give you an explanation and an opportunity to respond. Serious, repeated, fraudulent or security-threatening conduct may require immediate action.
