Cookies and device storage notice

1. Scope

This notice explains the cookies and browser or device storage used by Pathfindr Pro. It should be read with our Privacy notice.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

The web app uses first-party cookies that are necessary to sign you in and protect requests:

• path_finder_auth identifies an authenticated app session;
• path_finder_csrf helps protect authenticated actions against cross-site request forgery.

These cookies are not used for advertising. Authentication cookies expire according to their session settings and may be cleared earlier when you sign out or security requires it.

3. Local browser storage

The app may use local storage to remember practical choices and draft state, including language, theme, table page sizes, planning settings, upload-workflow state and tutorial progress. This helps the app restore your preferences on the same browser.

4. Third-party services

When you choose to buy credits, you are redirected to Stripe Checkout. Stripe may use its own cookies or similar technology under its notices and controls. Other embedded or redirected services may do the same if introduced.

Pathfindr Pro does not currently use advertising cookies or optional analytics cookies in the app. Because the current storage is necessary or requested to provide the service and remember your choices, the app does not currently show a non-essential-cookie consent banner. We will review this if we add analytics, advertising or other non-essential technology.

5. Your controls

You can use browser or device settings to inspect, block or delete cookies and stored data. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and some protected actions. Clearing local storage may reset preferences or draft workflow state.
